Kiley Hartigan, NMFT, PCC, is a mother-daughter relationship coach who co-founded JourneyOn with her mother, Christy.

Through years of coaching hundreds of leaders in the professional world, they noticed a pattern: the root of a leader’s greatest challenges, and greatest strengths, could reliably be traced to their relationships with family.

Mother-Daughter Metamorphosis was born where that insight met their own relationship journey.

Then life asked them to live what they teach.

Through a profound initiation, Kiley and Christy brought their own vision for their relationship to life, the same kind of vision they guide women to create for themselves. While pregnant with her daughter, Kiley walked her mother across death’s threshold. The grief and beauty of that season honed the program into what it is today.

Now Kiley is the faithful gardener of what they created together.

She teaches women to expand and evolve their relationship beyond the physical limits of the bond, guided by an intentional relational vision and informed by understanding and repairing whatever stands in its way.

Her work draws on a background in cellular and molecular biology research, graduate studies in clinical mental health counseling, and years of learning alongside Indigenous communities and elders. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and a licensed Natural Medicine Facilitator in Colorado.
